Snoring Stopper
Snoring husband?
My husband snores very loud all night every night. I have a really hard time getting to sleep because of it. Has anyone tried some over-the-counter snore stoppers? how to breathe right strips or snoring away? Is there anything I can do to stop him? I do not want to use tampons ear, because I have a 10 month old and I need to be able to hear her if she wakes up. Please help me I'm losing my mind!
I am also a snorer and I can tell you nothing really works. To alleviate the situation tell you not to eat two hours before bed without milk drinks, including tea and coffee before sleeping. Alcohol makes it much worse. A bowl of mint beside the bed, opens the nasal passage a little more to ease the snoring. The combination of all these should give you a better sleep night.
