Snoring Losing Weight
How do you handle a situation where both you and your partner snores loudly, but one can not tolerate the other?
Well, I live in an apartment efficiency only, and my brother stayed with me for a few days last week. I know I snore too. But he, OMG! I have sensitive ears (hyperacusis) and I almost cried every night and could not sleep. Music or headphones does not help. I know I need to lose this weight, but not sure if it would make me stop snoring because I had nasal surgery twice as a child.
My gal is a very light sleeper, and I have a septum pierced and snores like a Buzzsaw. I Breathe Right wear strips – and so should you so.
