I think I have sleep apnea, I do not snore, I have bad dreams that the speed of my heart rate?

most times when I have these episodes, I dream that someone I can not see is attack me and I can not seem to breathe. I realize my dream I'm dreaming, because I feel I'm half asleep and my body is paralyzed and can not wake up. I'm afraid I'm not really breathe and I'm afraid I could not agree one day … I had an episode last night, and I swear I saw my room and someone was attacking me head and I was biting my finger and I think I saw as the net Water in my view. I'm afraid that my eyes were on the back of my head and saw part of my brain. When I awoke, my teeth hurt like I was really bite something and my heart rate was elevated. Fortunately, I only get these episodes as at least once every two months or so. What is your experience with sleep apnea?
