Snoring Adenoid
Stop snoring remedies?
My husband, who is only 23 and not overweight, has been keeping me alllll night lately. If it is established in your side or your back still resonates. We tried the nose strips and do not help. Sounds like he did not open his mouth wide enough when he breathes, so it makes Weezing sounds. His mother told me that he has really bad adenoids (sp) that could be causing this, but the doctor did not recommend surgery. I have a hard time with tampons ear, because I always sleep on my side and I end up waking in the night with an ear hurts. The only way I managed to sleep lately is taking pills to sleep and I'm almost over … so I need a solution right away! Please help! Thanks!
