Severe sleep deprivation: Infant with a runny nose?

I have not slept in two days. I mean, literally, my daughter wakes every 10 or 15 minutes to scream your head off. I'm so exhausted starting to hallucinate. She does not sleep well during the day, either. I probably had less than an hour of sleep in about 72 hours. I'm afraid something's going to happen to me, everything in my body hurts so much pain it hurts to move. My body feels like he is about to break. I think my daughter may be having trouble breathing, she's got a runny nose and kind of snort when you're asleep (this is not long). Suction does absolutely NOTHING to do drops of saline solution. Absolutely nothing. Please, if anyone can help my sleep nine months old, would be greatly appreciated.

Put a phone book or two under the mattress at the end where your head is. This will raise the bed a bit and keep all of that drainage from going down your throat and into your ears. Call for some help. If you have a friend or relative that could give him a break, for help. And call doc. If she is having sleep problems, all the snot that may have lead to an ear infection, which makes establishing really painful.
