No Snore
How can a man of mine, and I get a good night's sleep?
He wakes in the night because I breathe heavy snoring or even a little. The same applies with my alarm because I have to be up before him. Sometimes he gets up and goes to the couch. Sometimes he falls asleep, sometimes he is tireless and not return to sleep. He even tried earplugs, but to no avail. I love sleeping with my man and would love to go through it. How can this be treated?
