Loud Snoring

Does anyone know the ins and outs of the law pertaining to a loud snoring neighbour?

In the UK, does anyone know if a neighbor has ANY legal rights if they are pissy because they hear a neighbour snoring loudly? Serious answers only please, for my friend snores so loud, and she told me that her next door dorm neighbours have slammed the walls, slammed doors over and over (FYI-She NEVER woke up, she had done a triple shift at work, and was SO tired, that snoring was inevitable, and NATURAL)Any input anybody? Nothing your friend’s neighbour can do about it, snoring is considered an involuntary act, like a baby crying. Snoring can be dangerous though and if it’s load enough to wake the neighbours she should see a doctor. There’s a complaint called sleep apnoea, where people can stop breathing when they snore.
