What is the best sleep aid for insomnia caused by Cymbalta?
AMBIEN 10 mg works, but I have to stop taking it because it is addictive. Then I tried Trazodone (half tablet), but I still woke in the night. Afraid to try more than half the morning after pill Trazodone already felt very dizzy and felt like if you were hallucinating. I tried Tylenol PM, but woke up during the night. Has anyone else with insomnia caused by Cymbalta tried Lunesta and Rozerem, or any other thing that works?
The best way to go would be talking to your doctor about a different antidepressant. Adding a drug to combat the side effects of another drug is not a good idea when there are other options. There are many antidepressants. Also, have you tried taking your Cymbalta early the morning? Sometimes, it may keep you from causing insomnia.
