Custom Ear Plugs Snoring
I snore. Like a beast! 33 dB earplugs My wife does not work, HELP!?
She uses Earplugs NRR 33 db of Walmart, they seem to work better, Silence "Please!" Brand, but they still do not work very well. I kicked in the ribs, groin, back, foot, where their lands or lands knee, lol, and I feel so bad for her. She can not sleep! please! someone help her! Granted, I think I would be deaf or something, but I never wake up at all. I was looking for ear plugs custom fit, and they all claim they can block up to 29db … but this is not enough! Maybe a hunter knows something db ear plugs on top? or a musician? or a speech therapist?
separate rooms for sleeping or you have a CPAP machine to your dr after study says you have sleep apnea sleep. Then there will be snoring at all.
